Booking confirmation – All tours are on request until a final confirmation that will be sent to your email within 24 hours after completing the booking. Reservations for the following day will be handle asap and up to 12 hours from the booking. Reservations on Saturdays and Jewish holidays will be replied within 24 hours to 72 hours.
Credit card fee – extra 5% will be charge for credit card payment.
For cash payment, please note us in advance and the credit card will remain for guarantee only.
Itinerary – we reserve the right to change the itinerary due to security / weather conditions, force majeur or any circumstances beyond our control.
Responsibility & insurance – personal belongings & luggage in the vehicle, during the tour, at the traveler’s sole responsibility. Hallelujah Tours will not accept responsibility for any damage, injury or loss. We recommend you to have a travel insurance in advance.
Delays – may occur on pick up due to traffic conditions or force majeur, however tourists are required to be ready for pick-up at the earlier time specified.
Disability walking – all tours includes walking (some more some less), if you have a walking difficulty please inform us before the booking. We recommend you to book a private tour.
Modest dress – cover shoulders / no shorts is required for visiting holy sites.
Special needs – passengers with special needs such as: baby seat, booster, wheelchair, carriage etc. need to notify us in advance.
Tours exclude – Meals, tips and entrance fees, unless written otherwise.
Child discount – 10% discount for children under age of 12.
Cancellation policy – 30% from the price for notification 24 hours prior to the tour date.
No refunds for no show / cancellation on the day of tour. An administrative fee will apply for cancellation on your credit card charge. Any request for change or cancel will be via email.
