Here is a recommended classic itinerary :

Drive up north along the coastal road parallel to the Mediterranean Sea and overlook the site of Armageddon (where the end of the world is going to take place). Continue to the city of Nazareth the capital of the lower Galilee and where Jesus grew up.
Have a roadside view of Mt.Tabor where the transfiguration of Jesus took place.
Visit the house of St. Mary located at the Church of Annunciation where Angel Gabriel appeared to the Virgin Mary and announced to hear the birth of Jesus.
Via Tiberius on to the Sea of Galilee where Jesus walked on water, and visit Yardenit- the baptismal site on the Jordan River, where St. John baptized Jesus. It is possible to be baptized on spot.
Cross the Jordan Valle, ascend to the Sothern part of the Golan Height,s and have a breathtaking view of the triangular border between Syria, Jordan, and Israel.
